Submission of papers
Authors intending to submit papers for the symposium will be required to adhere to the following deadlines:
For Oral Presentations:
- A 300 words abstract must be received no later than February 1, 2010
- Notification of acceptance will be mailed to the authors by March 1, 2010.
For Poster Presentations:
- A 300 words abstract must be received no later than April 6, 2010.
- Notification of acceptance will be mailed to the authors by April 15, 2010.
For Last Minute Contributions:
(not included into the final program book)
- A 300 words abstract must be received no later than April 23, 2010.
- Notification of acceptance will be mailed.
